Constitution
Exceptional governance is vital to the successful and competent functioning of any not-for-profit organization, and at NISIG, we take this responsibility very seriously.
As Ireland's only charity dedicated to fertility support, the National Infertility Support & Information Group (NISIG) has been giving a voice to patients on their fertility journey for 28 years.
Governance
This Handbook sets out the policies and procedures for NISIG in relation to all aspects of the charity’s governance from the perspective of the Governing Body who are the Board of Directors (also referred to as Charity Trustees).
It further documents the processes that the charity has in place to meet good governance standards based on those set out in the Charities Regulators Governance Code.
