Policies and Advocacy

As part of our mission to represent the patient voice, we under take advocacy work with various public bodies and Government Department. We feel strongly that including the voice the lived experience when planning services and policy will make for a better patient understanding and knowledge, now and in the future.

NISIG also understand when people are undergoing fertility treatment they may not want to talk publicly about the experience or challenges they face but as a patient body we can pursue and raise those issues for them. All of our activity is SIPO compliant and available to view on www.lobbying.ie
