Anyone struggling with infertility or difficulty trying to conceive can avail of NISIG’s services, regardless of the stage of treatment or journey.
We offer
- Support group meetings
- Sub groups for parents
- 24-hour telephone support
- Website, Facebook and Twitter information
- Quarterly newsletter
- Peer to peer support
Your sponsorship will enable NISIG to meet the continuing demand for these services, and to advocate on behalf of people facing fertility issues in Ireland. NISIG has continued to push for IVF funding at government level, and this work will expand with the publication of proposed legislation. NISIG also puts significant resources toward the increasing media interest in fertility treatment, to ensure the patient’s voice is heard.
As well as our existing support services, we are continuing to expand and evolve with the changing nature of fertility treatments. For donor conceived families, the first Family Conversations: Donor Talks event was very well received, and we look forward to many more. We are also looking to develop new sub-groups; for men, for pregnancy and parenting and a group on accepting life without children. Your support can help us to do this.
As a sponsor, you will have your logo displayed on NISIG’s website, with a link to your webpage, as well as space for sharing information and advertising events, both online and in the newsletter. We are also working to improve our social media presence and welcome opportunities to add sponsor events and information to our feeds. We are happy to contact our member base directly as well to let them know of any upcoming events.
NISIG is the only charity in Ireland focusing on infertility, and sponsorship is vital to continuing the services NISIG provides. Historically, NISIG has received sponsorship from the Irish fertility clinics and drug companies, along with some funding from national and governmental grants. Recently, these types of grants have become increasingly difficult to secure, and NISIG now must broaden its funding scope.
We are happy to answer any questions regarding sponsorship. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
