Welcome to our LiveChat support. The LiveChat is open Mondays & Thursdays from 7:00pm to 9:30pm.

How the service works

Sarah, who you’ll be speaking to via Live chat, has been a NISIG member for over 20 years, and will be able to provide peer to peer support, understanding and valuable information.

How to use LiveChat?

When you press the LiveChat button on the bottom-left corner of your screen, a new form will pop-up. Please enter your details, press send and wait for us to start the conversation. You will be able to see us typing when a bubble with three dots appears in the chat box. At the end of the conversation, you can press “Leave” to leave the chat, or simply close the page.

Things to note

We ask for you to be patient with our LiveChat as it is manned by one person. If we are in the process of talking with someone else, please wait and we will get to you as soon as possible. In general people do not have to wait very long and we will do our best to talk to everyone wishing to use our LiveChat asap. If it is outside the hours that LiveChat is open, please email your questions to contact@nisig.com
